Wow! I am allergic to gluten so I have to have gluten free crust. I have learned to order cauliflower crust, because I’ve never had a gluten free crust that tasted like anything other than perhaps cardboard. We’ll that just changed! The gluten free crust at Classic Pizza is delicious! It was soft, and had flavor! I’m so happy that I put aside my negative attitude about GF crust and tried it, Classic Pizza is my new favorite pizza place!

We’ve had several pizzas from Classic, and almost all have been perfect, but the one we had last week was so delicious, I just need to spread the word! This pizza was perfect. The crust was cooked perfectly, which is hard to do on a deluxe pizza. There was the perfect amount of toppings to sauce ratio. Plenty of cheese! I wish I’d taken a picture, but that pizza just looked too darn good to wait, so we tucked in! I highly recommend Classic Pizza. Give them a try!
